What I noticed, because I’m a dork, on the map in the background:

1. We have a dot on New Mexico, which is where Coulson was transferred, so apparently Thor was going on at the same time as Iron Man two. 

2. There’s also a dot on Virginia, which is where Culver University is located. In this scene there are other screens showing news feeds on the Incident at Culver University, so the Incredible Hulk fiasco is also happening at this time.

3. There are dots in both Greenland and Europe respectively, one of which is Captain America, and the other of which is likely the Tesseract [Though I have a secret hope that it might be Bucky/Winter Soldier, because how awesome would that be?], so the beginning/end of Captain America is happening around the time of Iron Man 2 as well.

Just thought I’d say that, since people seem to get awful confused about the Marvel Cinematic ‘Verse’s timeline.

Also… That dot in Africa… I’m hoping Black Panther? :3

The dot in Africa is the general location of Wakanda as given by Marvel Atlas #2

Also, you missed the dot in the middle of the ocean, which can be no one other than Namor, the Sub Mariner.
